Experience and what you should expect

At WildPlay in Maple Ridge, there are three aerial courses you are supposed to choose from. All of them are self-paced adventures, meaning that you are free to do them at your leisure. However, you are not supposed to cause a pile-up of groups behind you.

The Classic Course Usually goes between 90 minutes to 3 hours till completion, whereas the kids’ Adventure Course goes for about one hour, and the Extreme Course adds an extra 30 minutes. While including the ropes course circuits, there are also axes you could throw and a tower you could jump off both at a small additional fee.

WildPlay’s Classic Course

The Classic Course has three levels of wavering difficulty. Between each of these three sections, you are required to come back to the ground. The participants on this course are required to;

  • Have at least seven years of age.
  • Have at least 4 feet and 8 inches tall.
  • Less than 300 pounds in their total weight.

The participants between age 10 and 16 is an ideal age, and the course is also perfect for adults, including slightly timid ones.

The main course is located among the trees that are usually 30 to 60 feet (up to 18 meters in height). Among the elements you could enjoy from here includes rope swings, log ladders, tight rope walks, and wobbly bridges, among other challenges. The route also has a few zip lines.

WildPlay’s Extreme Course

It is possible to add the extreme course to the Classic Course experience, and this requires more physical and mental strength since it features additional obstacles and zip lines. This course is highly recommended.

This route can be done on its own or as an add-on for half the price

The more challenging course is found high up in the trees. After you have climbed your way up, you walk along a wobbly bridge and swing like Legendary Tarzan, then jump on the net and zip line between the trees back and forth. Completing takes 30 minutes unless you are waiting for someone who might be ahead of you.

WildPlay’s Kids’ Course

The Kids’ Course has been designed for kids between 5 and 12 years. The minimum height a kid should have to participate in the course is 3 feet and 9 inches, which is less than what is required for the Classic Course. While this course only contains one level, two rounds are included with the cost of admission.

What’s To Fear Jump

The What’s To Fear Jump involves jumping from a height of approximately 40 feet and can be added to any course. Similar to all other courses, the participants must be at least five years old and under 285 pounds in weight to attempt the jump.

This attraction is fun. In the beginning, you climb a long ladder, and while at the top on a platform, you are instructed on what to do by a staff person. After you are tied to a bungee-like cord, you can jump while you face backward or forwards and land on your feet.

Final Verdict.

Having fun and going out for adventure are among the things you should add to your dairy for fun, especially when you are caught up in work environments that allow you to relax once in a while. Among the best places you could choose for fun and adventure is the WildPlay Element Park.
